The creations of Korean-born designer Shin Choi have been described as having a New York City energy that challenges traditional styling with cutting-edge details. Her collection's appeal is a product of Choi's modern, clean aesthetic and sharp eye for shape and texture. Choi studied at the Parson's School of Design, and in 1988 launched her own ready-to-wear collection under the name Coleridge & Co. In 1999, the line took on Choi's own name and caters to the young designer market.
